About this event

St. Patrick’s Festival 2026 takes place over 4 days from 14-17 March with events bringing together communities, artists, visitors and audiences from around the world for one of the most recognisable celebrations of culture, creativity and community.

This year's Festival theme is 'Roots' and we are inviting everyone to celebrate the living roots of Ireland — the people, places and stories that connect us, and how those roots extend far beyond borders. We invite everyone, from local communities to the global Irish diaspora, and every individual that calls this island their home, to see themselves reflected in the narrative of St. Patrick’s Festival: a celebration of connection, belonging, creativity and pride.

The full programme for St. Patrick’s Festival 2026 has been launched, with 4 days and nights of events taking place across Dublin from 14–17 March. From the National Parade, Céilí Mór to our citywide programme of events, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
