Begin your day with gentle movement, guided breathwork and an immersive sound bath at the Live Aid at the National Library of Ireland exhibition.

Inspired by the collective spirit of Live Aid, this restorative session brings people together to reconnect with themselves and one another.

Booking is essential for this free event.

This class is open to all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat. Chairs will be available for those who prefer or require them.
